A Welcome from the President

I want to welcome you to the Stoughton Kiwanis! Since the year 2000, I was one of the first members of a newly formed chartered club in our community. I have watched it grow over time and continue to be excited with the spirit that the members show in their efforts to develop new and ongoing projects, activities, and fundraisers to benefit our target population: youth. Over time, we have sponsored the Key Club, a club for students who are in grades 9-12 enrolled at the Stoughton High School. Their aim is to focus on leadership and provide community service in the area. Another club sponsored by Kiwanis Club is the Aktion Club which focuses on doing projects and socializing together with those who are cognitively or physically challenged. Besides these sponsorships, all of our projects and activities strive to be free, family friendly, safe, and fun for all ages!

I am proud to be a member of this service club and take pride in the mission of our work and efforts for the greatest resource we have: youth! I encourage you to join us as a visitor or “guest” for our monthly meetings or contact me or one of our officers to learn more about the Kiwanis Club in our community.
